Formulation and testing for skincare
You can take a standard formula from our library to move fast, or have our team develop a formula for your brief by selecting the active ingredients, texture, fragrance and concentration of key actives. Samples let you test the feel on your own skin before the production run.
Useful details to bring to the first conversation: target customer and skin type, the skin concern the product addresses, the retail price band, and the quantity you plan to produce. That is enough for us to come back with a formula direction and a price estimate.
Frequently asked questions
Can SPF/PA values be tested?
Yes — testing can be arranged for clients who request it, at an additional cost. It is not part of the standard offer for every product, so raise it when the formula is being assessed.
Can the formula be different from what competitors use?
Yes. Actives, concentrations, texture and fragrance are adjusted to your brief so your product is not a copy of what is already on the shelf.
What is the minimum order?
200 units per formula. The starting budget is in the tens of thousands of baht, depending on the formulation, the container and the quantity ordered.
How long does production take?
About 27–38 working days from artwork confirmation and first payment: label design 3–7 working days, Thai FDA notification 7–14 working days, production up to 14 working days and delivery up to 3 working days (full timeline).
Which certifications apply, and where is the factory?
ISO 9001:2015 · ISO 22716:2007 · ASEAN GMP, certified by QRO with verifiable certificate numbers (our standards). The factory is in Bang Yai district, Nonthaburi, Greater Bangkok. After production the main document you receive is the Thai FDA cosmetic notification certificate in your brand name.
