Every formula can be adapted — concentration, texture, fragrance and active ingredients — so your product is not an off-the-shelf copy. Start by trying the product (5 rounds of pre-production testers) before you confirm the minimum production run of 200 pieces.

Preparing to launch a body care line
Bring four things to the first conversation: the product types you want (lotion, cream, scrub, body wash and so on), the texture and fragrance direction, your target customer, and the quantity you plan to produce. With those we can assess the formula and the price.
Textures and fragrance are adjustable to the brief, and scrubs can be produced with different exfoliating media and levels of coarseness. Clients can try samples before the production run.
Frequently asked questions
Can I specify the fragrance?
Yes — tell us the direction you want (fruity, floral, clean powder-like and so on) and it is assessed together with the formula, because fragrance is one of the elements we adjust to suit the brand.
Can SPF/PA be tested for body sunscreen?
Testing can be arranged for clients who request it, at an additional cost — it is not standard for every product, so mention it when the formula is assessed.
What is the minimum order?
200 units per formula. The starting budget is in the tens of thousands of baht, depending on the formulation, the container and the quantity ordered.
How long does production take?
About 27–38 working days from artwork confirmation and first payment: label design 3–7 working days, Thai FDA notification 7–14 working days, production up to 14 working days and delivery up to 3 working days (full timeline).
Which certifications apply, and where is the factory?
ISO 9001:2015 · ISO 22716:2007 · ASEAN GMP, certified by QRO with verifiable certificate numbers (our standards). The factory is in Bang Yai district, Nonthaburi, Greater Bangkok. After production the main document you receive is the Thai FDA cosmetic notification certificate in your brand name.
